a. Cancellation Before Work Starts

b. After Work Has Started
- Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced
- If a project is canceled midway:
- You will be charged for the work completed till date
- Any advance paid may be adjusted against completed work
c. Completed Services
- No refunds will be issued once:

- Final files/access are shared

- Payments are divided into milestones
- Each milestone payment is non-refundable once completed and approved
4. Subscription / Ongoing Services
If you are using recurring services:
- You may cancel anytime
- Cancellation will stop future billing only
- No refunds for already billed periods

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us:
- We reserve the right to:
- Suspend your account
- Revoke access to delivered services/products
- Take legal action if necessary
